Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A)
Location: Remote (serving clients throughout South Carolina)
Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

About the Role:
Phases Counseling Collective is seeking a provisionally licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental health counseling to individuals ages 12 and up via telehealth. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible hours, supervision provided, and administrative support included (billing, scheduling, and referrals are handled for you).

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual (and optionally family or group) therapy services via a secure telehealth platform

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Attend monthly supervision and optional team meetings

• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to ethical, client-first care

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is provisionally licensed in South Carolina (LPC-A or LMFT-A)

• Is committed to evidence-informed, compassionate care

• Values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration

• Has strong communication skills and professional boundaries

• Is comfortable working with adolescents, adults, or both
